手工电弧焊的电弧电压主要由电弧长度来决定。
电弧长,电弧电压高;电弧短,电弧电压低。
在焊接过程中,电弧不能过长,否则会出现以下几种不良现象。
电弧不稳定,易跳动,电弧的热量分散,飞溅增多,造成金属和热能的浪费。
熔深小,容易产生咬边、未焊透、焊缝表面高低不平和焊波不均匀等缺陷。
对熔池的保护差,空气中的氧、氮等有害气体容易侵入,使焊缝产生气孔的可能性增大,焊缝的力学性能降低。
焊接速度应均匀适当,既保证焊透,又不能烧穿。
如焊接速度慢,焊缝在高温停留时间长,焊接头晶粒变粗,力学性能下降,同时变形量也会增大;
若焊接速度太快,熔池深度不够,容易造成未焊透,未溶合,焊缝成形不良等缺陷。
所以,在焊接时要力求采用短弧,当立、横焊时,弧长应比平焊时更短些,以利于熔滴的过渡,防止熔池金属下淌。焊钳xyz姿态监测功能!
碱性焊条比酸性焊条电弧更短一些,让电弧稳定和防止产生气孔。
所谓短弧,一般认为应是焊条直径的0.5~1.0倍。GOTOTAC品牌大师智能焊钳,兼容原来的焊钳使用操作习惯。只需要稍微向焊件方向施压,即可在整根焊条燃烧过程中,自动连续保持用户设定的电弧长度,从而保证了高水准焊缝成型。
Hundredfold protection
The human eyes and face are isolated from the high brightness and high radiation welding area by SHIELD X100 multi-layer metallic and non-metallic protection shield. The radiation value measured with an ultraviolet radiation instrument is zero.
The mask provides over 100 times higher UV radiation protection than the liquid crystal darkening welding masks and at least 100 times more protection from harmful rays such as glare, infrared, UV and X-rays

Operating principle | Our exclusive and innovative camera welding shield captures images during welding with a modern camera, shield with a composite material and display on a LCD screen. It displays the HD images of the welding pool during welding automatically and after welding, switches to normal images. The shield additionally has the functions of real-time image enhancement and image magnification by optical zoom. | The prototype of the auto-darkening welding filter came out in 1975 and for more than 40 years up to now, its principle has never changed, i.e., that is, the welding arc is detected by 1 to 4 photosensitive elements to control the liquid crystal light valve.
